3. To provide positive activities for youth through sports in order to reduce mental stress and discourage addiction to mobile devices, substance abuse, and other negative tendencies.
4. To make efforts to link kite flying with the National Sports Policy and Youth Policy of India.
5. To develop sportsmanship (fair play), discipline, and leadership skills among youth.
Training, Education and Certification Activities
1. To organize training and certification programs for coaches, judges, referees, and technical officials.
2. To develop and implement competition rules, scoring systems, and tournament regulations.
3. To introduce kite activities in schools and educational institutions as a complementary sports education program.
4. To promote scientific understanding among youth, including knowledge of wind, aerodynamics, and balance through practical kite flying.
Digital, Research and Promotion Activities
1. To develop digital platforms including online membership, registration systems, live scoring, digital records, and e-certificates.
2. To conduct research and studies on the history, technology, social, and cultural impact of kite sports.
3. To promote kite sports through media, social media, documentaries, publications, and promotional materials.
4. To establish digital ranking and data systems for long-term development of players.
Recognition, Organization and Expansion
1. To organize awards and recognition programs for players, coaches, judges, and event organizers.
2. To establish, guide, coordinate, and evaluate state, district, and block level units.
3. To develop leadership, volunteerism, and social service platforms for youth.
4. To encourage traditional artisans, kite makers, and handicraft workers associated with kite culture.
Social, Economic and National Responsibilities
1. To promote local economies by connecting kite flying with tourism, festivals, and cultural events.
2. To organize social responsibility programs related to cleanliness campaigns, environmental protection, bird safety, traffic awareness, and disaster awareness.
3. To establish and operate a trained youth volunteer force during disasters or emergencies.
