1. Entry to the event venue (Rules Ground) shall be permitted only to registered participants, authorized officials, and volunteers.
2. During kite flying, participants must wear shoes and finger tape or gloves for safety. Participants must wear T-shirts or shirts. Wearing sleeveless clothing such as Sando/Baniyan is not permitted during kite flying.
3. Participants are strictly prohibited from flying kites near electric wires, transformers, poles, mobile towers, or other hazardous structures.
4. The Flying Zone and Spectator Zone shall be clearly separated. Only authorized participants, officials, and volunteers may enter restricted areas.
5. The use of nylon, Chinese, synthetic, or plastic-based manja is strictly prohibited.
6. In case of bad weather, strong winds, storms, rain, or poor visibility, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.
7. The Organizing Committee shall ensure availability of first aid and emergency medical assistance at the event venue.
8. In case of any accident, injury, or unusual incident, it must be immediately reported to the Organizing Committee or Safety Officer.
9. All fire safety and disaster management guidelines issued by the local administration must be followed.
10. Participants shall not engage in pushing, creating disorderly crowds, or disturbing public peace.
11. The consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances at the event venue is strictly prohibited.
12. Intentionally endangering one’s own safety or the safety of others shall be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.
13. Special attention shall be given to the safety of children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities at the venue.
14. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any person from the event venue for safety reasons.
15. All participants and visitors must follow warning signs and instruction boards displayed at the venue.
16. Any violation of safety rules may result in disciplinary action and notification to local authorities if necessary.
17. Every participant shall acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these safety and security guidelines.
